I would say Mr. Harkness and Staff are like extended family. They are in a category of very few that actually care about the need of their clients. A++++++

I was seriously injured on the job. My employer was at best, reluctant to assist with my situation. After having several back and forth encounters with the insurance, I sought out Mr. Harkness's assistance. After several years of having to jump through all the hoops and numerous doctors, therapies and operations, with Mr. Harkness and his staff always there for me, I was able to get the needed help. Really can't put into words how great David, Leah and Katie are with their knowledge, professionalism and the compassion they show towards their clients. They are the kind of people you want on your side in a dark alley at night.

Mr Harkness is a great advocate. I have received excellent results. I could get no satisfaction working on my own.
