I recently posted an unfair review of this attorney. Now that I think about the case I know she did her best to represent me and was very professional and too the point. People let emotions run high when the outcome in not in their favor. Fact is she is a great person whom I would recommend to others.

Hired Desiree to help w/an adoption case. My husband wanted to adopt my son, it was uncontested and it took Desiree forever to get the paperwork in. Overall the process took 6 months. When I would call to get updates on the case I would have to call for a week to 2 weeks straight before I would hear anything back. Then the day of the actually adoption, she doesn't even show up to the courthouse. She sent a different attorney, a Friend of hers. She had no idea what she was doing. There was no communication as to what was going on. She's absolutely terrible!!

The Almighty God is my witness!!! I beg of you, please do not hire this lawyer!!! Let God be my Judge if I lied on this attorney.. She's a big fraud.. I see her comment trying to defend herself against people who are saying the truth about her.. I hired Desiree to help me with a divorce case.. Every time, she would send me a bill and lied that she's working deligently on my case.. She will even portray herself as a Christian.. She will postpone your case on purpose to get money from you and do nothing! I never get one single email from her about everything she discusses with other attorney. Desiree is a very horrible and lazy attorney. I suspected she was very shady and fraudulent about my case and requested for the emails and the documents she claimed she had prepared for me one day before trial. Desiree couldn't provide one single email and documents.. I she lied the law does not require her to provide those documents to me (a big lie). The next day she even charged me the day I fired her! That's how desperate she is about taking your money from you by forging bill statements for things she did not do.. I went to her office to get my documents.. I was so shocked when she was pulling my documents out under the tables.. She never prepared any documents for trial. Very disorganized attorney.. I had to remind her and even advise her to do her own job but the saddest part is that she never did anything.. My heart bled that day knowing that she stole from me. Desiree is a shady attorney.. I am so angry as I'm typing this review but I will let God deal with Desiree Himself.. She's heartless!! She lied to me that her paralegal was an attorney.. Desiree need to repent if she doesn't want the wrath of God to descend on her.. She can not continue to treat people the she does..The almighty God will judge Desiree for what she did to me. God will fight on my behalf.. The only reason I'm not suing her is because I committed everything to the hands of God.. I sincerely believe God will judge this lawyer.. How could you send bills to people and false fully list things you've done in order to get money from me knowing fully that you didn't not do anything.. I even told her I want working, yet she still charged me for things she never did for me.. I ended up loosing the case and everything.. She just make things up to get money from people. She will send you documents to sign the day it's due.. What a lazy attorney.. Please I beg of you do not hire this lawyer... She's the most horrible and fraudulent thing that has ever happened to the supreme law of the land.. I fired hire a day before trial.. I know she's going to make a false statement after seeing this statement claiming what I'm saying is not true.. Run for this lawyer.. Please run!!!! She's a fraud.. I caught this attorney in her own act... I am not an attorney but in definitely smarter than this attorney.. The day I called her out, she attacked my person to put me down and used all the things I told her about my case against me.. What kind of a lawyer does that? Everything I told her was suppose to be confidential but when I called her out to provide proof of everything she's been doing for me, she could provide anything and decided to attack my person in hope that infill get scared and let go.. If I knew what I know about her today, I wouldn't recommend her to my enemies.. My God will definitely fight Desiree and expose her.. Amen!! I've been praying to God to grant me the opportunity to find a way to make a review about this lawyer.. I believe this is the day that God has made for me..

Amazing lawyer ,she did outstanding job in my case I can never repay her for all of the help she give my children and my self,her stuff that works with her very lovely and they do their job,GOD BLESS YOU ALL EMILY ,DUSTIN,AND REST OF THE PALUMBO FAMILY

What I find sad is that Desiree has to defend herself from her own clients! Why is that? If you are a good attorney than your record would speak for itself vs you, but records also speak for bad attorneys like in this case. If you are reading this think twice before hiring Desiree. She will throw in there how she was a judge blah blah blah, but have you ever heard of a judge going back to a lawyer??? She talks very well and leading up to hiring her you will think you have a great attorney. Unfortunately that is FAR from the TRUTH! I hired Desiree for my case where it was a pretty easy case. I was not asking for anything less than to get my divorce finalized and to see my child and pay a respectable child support amount. By the time Desiree was finished I ended up giving my ex-wife 100% everything we owned, and ended up paying a $1,000 child support payment on 40k a year salary, even though I had 2 children living with me full time. Desiree never gave me updates and never even sent me a break down of what she "was doing for my case", why? Because she did nothing, she is a very lazy attorney that will get away with doing nothing if you let her. Which is sad, because you shouldn't have to babysit your attorney. When dealing with a situation that concerns your well being you want to be with someone knowledgeable and someone that roars like a lion when needed vs a kitty. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone including my enemies, because it wouldn't be ethically right. I fired her and handled my own case the rest of the way and ended up getting my child support down to $374. The judge even asked me, "what did you attorney do for you when you had one???" Wow thanks Desiree for nothing! If I knew I had a better chance by myself I would have NEVER gone with her. DON'T USE HER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CASE!!!

Thanks but no thanks. Support staff was incompetent and Mrs. Hosannah rarely communicated with me about my divorce. She took my retainer and left me high and dry. Don't hire, this attorney has in unethical and shady.

I hired her when I was going through a divorce and child custody for my 2 boys. She was very knowledgeable while explaining things to me, as well as patient with me when I didn't understand something. All of her hard work paid off because I am a male in a "woman's state" but I got custody and child support from my ex. It's hard to believe someone as amazing as her could have any negative reviews. She reminds me of a 'momma bear', and her clients are her babies. You don't mess with the momma bear, and if you do, you have to deal with her. She put so much work into my case and it really shows in the outcome of my case. She was willing to work with me when it came to payments for her representation, and she was reasonable and understanding when it came to the amount I was able to pay a month. I recommend her to anyone looking for a hard working attorney who will try her best to do good for her client.

My child's mother removed my son from our home and was on her way out of state. I was really stressed and needed help immediately - Desiree was there and immediately filed the needed papers and worked extremely hard. It was expensive but very much worth it even with lots of depositions. We had our hearing and we WON! My son was returned and I eventually got full custody - even in WA state...the "Mother's Rights" state - I was very pleased and will only use her for my legal needs in future.

This lady is a cracker jack lawyer! She is not afraid to work hard and to tell it like it is in a professional way. My now EX tried to take our kids and all of our property and she kicked butt. My case was handled well, very professionally and I highly recommend her. I will be back!!!

This young lady helped me when I needed it the most. She was very knowledgeable and laid my cards on the table EVERY step of the way. She acted as if she was a family member in explaining my choices to me. I dont know what my financial situation would be if if werent for her. God Bless Her!
