“Great attorneys. I don't usually need attorneys but I've needed them twice in the past and I have always done here. Every case has turned out the way I wanted. They are fast and flexible. Easier to get a hold of than your average attorney too.”

Inconsistent and poor customer service
“The staff member literally sounded angry or upset. Maybe the call prior was upsetting, but you know. I dont think anyone deserved to be treated that way.”

“He was completely unprepared, stated he couldn't answer a question, everything would take three days for him to get back with me on about amending parent info on a Washington state Birth Certificate, also sounded very unenthusiastic, lethargic.”

Failure to follow up and communicate
“I had a time sensitive matter. They waited almost 2 weeks to tell me sorry they can't help it's a conflict of interest. So now I'm starting over and have given them all documentation for my case and they could potentially be representing the person I am getting legal advice about which could be used against me now if they were representing him and we go to court.”
