Dan Mellen did amazing on my case. I got a dui and he worked really hard on getting me a lesser plea, just a couple days before my pre trial he ended up getting the lesser plea. I can't thank him enough. If you're in a predicament the same as I was, I recommend you give him a call.

Dan Mellen was able to get me no jail time facing a vehicular assault among other charge. Dan was quick to respond to any questions I may have had and was straight forward with me which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Dan Mellen to anyone that is facing any kind of charge.

I would highly recommend Dan Mellen I had a drug charge I had been fighting for about 2 yrs first had a public defender (we know how that goes) then decided to get a paid attorney he was terrible all he did was collect my money and get me exactly what public defender was giving me which was a year and a day in prison the day before I was suppose to accept the charge I called Dan Mellen he said he would even do cheaper since already paid for one so I fired my old attorney and in about month and a half Dan got me work crew I was so appreciative it was so nice to have someone actually try for the best results and actually listen to my side

When my son got arrested for felony theft, Dan answered the phone personally at 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon! He started working on the case immediately and by Monday had already got it reduced to a misdemeanor. He stayed in touch with me all weekend and answered my questions (since I hadn’t had any experience with a criminal charge before) thoroughly and right away. He worked hard for us and was able to get the diversion program, which will result in a dismissal after one year! I am sooo happy to have found Dan, he is a life saver!

We found ourselves in a position no parent ever wants to be in - needing an attorney for our child. Assisted in a case, very prompt, straight forward, usually open shut case, cheaper the better would be my suggestion, as far as other cases go, Daniel is a very nice and respectable individual and someone I would recommend.
