I sought Mr. Fryrears council recently over a deferred prosecution probation for DUI offense that occurred in 2004. I had moved out of the state, got a new license and time went on till I just completely forgot about checking in on my probation. That is until I went to get my license renewed and wasn't allowed and found a warrant had been put out for my arrest for Whidbey Island Washington 18 yrs later and with not much of a case to speak of other than mercy and the fact i had stayed out of trouble since. Mr. Fryrear was able to use impeccable lawmanship and plead my case and in the end finding prosecution had lost vital documents to there case and was able to not only keep me out of jail which is where I almost certainly was headed, but was able to get the case completely thrown out and all charges DROPPED! I 100% owe my freedom to Mr. Fryrear as well as his entire team whom were all very friendly and understanding and more helpful than i could have hoped for. So as you may be able to see I believe he is the best criminal defense lawyer in Washington.
