Jonathan, Rachel and team helped a family member through a very difficult case. From the start, Jonathan was available to us. (our first call was answered at 5:30 AM). They guided us through the case. They let us know what to expect. We had many questions throughout the process. Each question was thoughtfully answered in a very short period of time. Communication was wonderful! When it was all said and done, we obtained an outcome that was far better than expected.
