I can't say enough good things about Jonathan, Rachel, and Andi. They are amazing, and obtained a great outcome for me, because of their hard work and perseverance. It seemed to take forever, over 6 months, but that is due to the Washington State court system. They were patience, and continued to work hard to get me the best outcome. They got the DUI charge dropped down to the least penalty, which was a 2nd degree traffic violation. This is resolved with a fine, no criminal charge or impact on your record. I can't say how much I appreciate this. A criminal charge could have potentially had devastating result for not only my job, but also my personal life. They could have settled much earlier, as they already had my money, but continued to explore the evidence and fight on my behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. They are extremely knowledgeable, very personable, communicate well, and are absolutely on top of the situation. Many sincere thanks for all their attention and hard work.

I am very grateful to Jonathan and his team. I have a terrible driving record from when I was younger I have 3 dui on record . I have not got in trouble for 10 years then I get a marijuana dui I was devastated, I called Dichter law offices because of his website and the editorials I read from clients that had there cases dismissed or found not guilty, now I'm writing one. My case was dismissed he called me right away and went to work, I was very worried but he assured me we had a good chance of getting it dismissed , he was very professional and he knows his stuff. I'm so glad I picked him , I would recommend him highly . I can not thank him enough.

My experience with Jonathan handling my case was that of exceptional professionalism, dedication, patience and a communication process/human element that is truly amazing. Jonathan puts you immediately at ease, with this calming and genuine "hey, don't worry, I got this" confidence. His knowledge of the law and the level of detail given to my case was second to none. However, in my opinion, the real impact on his clients is the level of personal communication you receive. Throughout what has been an otherwise very stressful and almost unbearable time in my life, Jonathan has been a true source of comfort. With his knowledge in the field, wisdom of life and kindness towards others, I am comforted being a client of his and receiving humble and human treatment. He has also been gracious enough to take payments. Tough learning lessons are times when we need the most support and Jonathan really feels like family. To be honest, I can't even explain how amazing of a lawyer Johnathan is. I got to listen to him defend me in my DOL hearing and all I can say is WOW. He knows all his laws and rules and he knows how to use them. If you get charged with a DUI, don't even hesitate to call Johnathan. He kept my license from being suspended and because he won my DOL hearing, the court threw out my DUI. He does not waste your time and leaves no stone left unturned.
