It took me a good two years to get everything in order because I suffered a tragic loss about the time I started. She kept in touch with me and helped me when I was ready. She always answered my questions promptly and was very reassuring when I got overwhelmed. Rachel was very organized and efficient. I was given a list of items needed upfront, so I was able to download all the statements needed at once.

After major medical expenses me and my husband decided to file bankruptcy. It was a scary and confusing decision to make. Rachel made it so easy. I felt like she handles my bankruptcy very well abs she was there to answer the emails I sent her I asked questions and she answered and thought me about bankruptcy and what people need to stop doing and gave my information to the classes I needed to do to get my bankruptcy finalized.
