Very helpful

Very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Felt like they cared about people.

I was thrown off guard by my first phone conversation with Mr. Lee. His tone was extremely aggressive and his very first question was wanting to know my nationality. I felt I was being lectured rather than being helped. Communication did get better over time but that first impression was discouraging. I also had a phone conversation with Katherine Chrostowska. She downplayed my job/work duties and was belittling. Approximately 2 years ago, I was struggling with severe anxiety, PTS and depression. This interaction I had back then was unprofessional and insensitive. My hope is that no one else is treated this way.

This law firm failed to defend me from a Scam run on me in 2022. I ended up homeless after 22 court appearances, and 17 days in Jail. The Lynnwood office was the primary defense, but Marysville office assisted. Also the Marysville office failed to defend my Son about a decade ago in a DV where he was the victim. He's had problems ever since. DO NOT TRUST THESES PEOPLE TO DEFEND YOU!!!
