Brian has helped me out a couple of times now and he has always been pleasant to work with and very understanding, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him with any legal need. Brian performed well above any expectations considering what the courts were trying to do to me. I was facing serious felony charges of hate crime in 2021 ; as you know a very difficult time for such accusations to be judged fairly. He boiled it down to the facts and wasn't shaken by the blocking of nearly all my evidence by the prosecution. In the end he exposed the lies through incredible witness cross examination. Mr. Ashbach is very professional and has a great reputation in the courts. My case was dismissed before the jury returned a verdict.
