I hired Brian from out of state to deal with an old alleged charge from Snohomish County. He was very easy to work with and was reasonably priced given his stellar reputation. He answered all of my texts and most of my calls during the process. He coordinated the exact court date I needed based on my travel/schedule availability to come up to Washington State. After 2 meetings with the Prosecutor, Brian was able to get a 'Confirmed Dismissal' which I was informed of before arriving in Washington. That definitely took the stress out of the trip. On the day of my court appearance Brian was stuck in Seattle doing something for another client. I found out about this 40 minutes before having to appear before the judge. My axiety was through the roof, so Brian called 3 of his attorney friends to come and stand in for him and all 3 showed up! It was actually uite comical becase the prosecutor had to ask which one I wanted to stand with lol. The only unfortunate part of the experience was that I never got to meet Brian face to face and he was able to show up to my court hearing. Overall I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, consice, committed and connected attorney.

The 1st time I hired Brian I was dealing with two speeding tickets. He got one of them dropped and the other down to expired tabs. The next time I hired Brian it was concerning an accident. It very well could have gone pretty bad for me if it weren't for him. It was dropped down to 16 hours of community service. And all three times, the infractions stayed off my driving record. I am now hiring him for something unrelated and am very confident in his ability to help me again.

Brian is the man! I had called him at 11pm and he got back to me at 630am the next day (my court date) showed up and was extremely professional and got my charges dismissed. Thank you very much for your work sir

Being new to the area I had no idea where to start. I had just been arrested on a DV case and was mortified! I was never judged by him or his staff. He was always friendly and gave great advise. Due to his knowledge, work ethic and connections he got my case dismissed and I walk out with a clear record. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had a domestic violence case come up where I was legitimately innocent. Being the male in a Washington state DV case normally bodes ill for someone, but Brian was able to work the case so that all charges would be dropped at the end of my compliance with a year-long no contact order. Here we are! Over a year later and I'm in the clear. Thanks a bunch Brian! Unfortunate that I HAD to spend the money, but it was money well spent. I would go back to him for his services in the future

Brian Ashbach was there for us short notice! Responded to all of our questions and concerns very quickly and to the point. I've never had to hire an attorney before, but he is definitely one I would hire again! Our case was dismissed painlessly. Highly recommend him!

Brian has handled two of my cases both ended with a non conviction for dv and one was a felony. I highly recommend him he is honest and will work hard for your situation. I have had nothing but a good experience and he is very affordable compared to the other lawyers I called.

I have never had to get an attorney before so this process was very scary and I needed one fast. Brian met with me the day we first talked and was very helpful and willing to work with me financially as I was unable to get the full retainer that day and needed his help immediately since the hearing was the following week. He was very good at making me feel at peace and assured me that we had a very strong defense. Brian showed up to court very prepared and ready for battle.
