Do not hesitate to work with Brian! He was 100% a professional even when I got emotional and difficult with him during this trying time of my life. He took my case on short notice and took care of everything as long as I provided him all the documents he needed. He represented me well in court and also got my case dismissed. Truly grateful for his professionalism and hard work.

A few months ago I hired Ashbach law to help me on a court issue I was having. The day I contacted them they were able to meet with me same day to get the process started. With having a previous criminal record they were able to help me get the case dismissed so I could move on with my life. I highly reccomend Ashbach for anyone in need of help.

Brain Ashbach is a great lawyer. He was always quick to answer any questions I had and explained everything I was unsure of. He is straight to the point and relatable. Overall, Very Dissatisfied. Regarding an issue in Skagit County. I was told I would pay a fine and the case would be dismissed. In reality the day of my hearing we walked in and pleaded GUILTY. I was totally blind sided. I was never told beforehand that we were going to plead GUILTY. Brian didn't even show up, he sent his dad in his place to plead me GUILTY. I am at fault for not interrogating further prior to our court date about what position we were pleading. Basically, I payed a hefty attorney bill with the result of having my money taken with no real defense provided. Walking in and pleading GUILTY is NOT what I hire a lawyer for. I was told by Brian that "it was a GOOD result, BETTER than fair". I totally disagree, to take someone's money and plead them GUILTY, without clarifying that is the intention is total BS, borderline fraudulent practice. It seems that some people feel they were diligently represented by this Firm, I feel totally opposite and would not recommend them.

I've never met a man that was better at his job. Got into several incidents, over the course of a couple years, I was charged with 1 count of harassment, several multiple assault charges, because of a toxic relationship. Served no jail time, several incidents were dismissed, and I was able to get full custody of my son. He's without a doubt, the most effective attorney I've ever met.

Brian was very hard to get ahold of. After my initial appointment where I paid my retainer he did not contact me or follow up on my case. I felt like he took me for a ride to make easy money. He sold me on a outcome to my situation that in the end I learned was not realistic. I DO NOT advise someone to hire Brian.
