I hired Peng & Weber for my immigration case. I asked them numerous questions and I found Cletus and Brenna to be very responsive every time. I found their advice very sound and they gave me good and unbiased advice about what to watch out for. They were transparent about any potential conflicts of interest. I thought they were being too cautious for a while - for example, they requested I include documents from over a decade ago as part of my application. I later found out someone using a different lawyer got delayed for months because they didn't include a document from a long time back they they assumed the USCIS would have anyways since they issued it.
While they might cost more than some other lawyers, I think they earned it with their excellent service. I would use them again in the future when needed.

Please be careful away from this place. I have raised an investigation on them about their qualification and their fabricate academic credentials.
For the comment from Katya, if you look into his profile, he has only one review. So there is a high possibility that it is a fraud review.
I want to share my own experience in some short words. The talk is as following:
I: Your price is twice as much as most other lawyers, do you have some reason about it?
Peng: #*&%$%#$%^&*
I: Cool, and for all these fantastic service you have for me, could you please provide something like a contract to state them?
Peng: We should have trust with each other and should not go with a contract.
Excuse me? You are a lawyer and you graduated from a law school and you are talking about trust instead of some paperwork? I am not a law PHD and I don't think these words should come from a lawyer.
And I checked the academic experience of Peng and found several suspicious points in her resume. These are only doubts and don't have proof for now, so I will not list any of them there.
Let me list something here so that you can judge by yourself( All these come from her website):
1982, Intern, Prosecutor’s Office, Hebei Province, China.
1983 Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.),China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing, China.
1983-1985 Master of Law (L.L.M.) program, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing, China.
1986-1987, Law Clerk, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, Attorneys at Law, Kansas City, Missouri
1988 Juris Doctor (J.D.), University of Kansas School of Law, Lawrence, Kansas.
1988-1990, Associate Attorney, Arent, Fox, Plotkin, Kintner & Fox, Attorneys at Law, Washington, D.C. (Also Summer Law Clerk 1987).
1990-1992, Associate Attorney, Ogden Murphy Wallace, Attorneys at Law, Seattle, Washington.
1992-Present, Co-Founder and Senior Attorney, Peng & Weber, Attorneys at Law, Seattle (Mercer Island), Washington.
I am not a PHD in US and doesn't know how long it will take to be a PHD.
But I don't know any one can finish it in less than one year.
So, be careful.

I contacted Peng & Weber via e-mail and Cletus Weber himself responded the same day. He took the time to help walk me through my options, providing a lot of detailed information regarding my case. He was very thorough in his response and it helped me realize my situation wasn’t as bad as I had originally thought. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone seeking legal guidance, you will not regret it!

I had an issue with a past renter and while they were quick to send a letter informing my former tenant of the pending law suit, they were very slow to move on helping me collect my losses and when the guy moved the lawyer got back to me saying that the former tenant moved and they couldn’t find him. Really?? A law firm couldn’t find him, my wife found him in 15 minutes online, he had moved to Georgia and I had wasted thousands of dollars on their inability to act. So no I’m not happy, if you need something simple like an over rated certified letter that cost about a $1,000 +, fine waste your money because they did nothing more then pick up a phone or type up a letter but really did nothing to help me reclaim my losses.
