His firm keeps me up-to-date on filings required by the State, corporate practices, gives me timely responses to questions by phone or email, and all presented in a congenial professional manner. Stuart has assisted my Mom with estate planning, gifting, and LLC formation. He is thorough, honest, friendly, and an all around great person to work with. We waited on some 'To-Do' items until the last minute, but he came through and worked with us to complete our tasks by the deadline.
