I was in a car accident and referred to a firm Jim worked at. I did not know the process of filing a claim. I met a person who was alway upbeat and cared about my condition. He explained the process and worked hard to settle my case keeping my needs and concerns in mind. A person with a great smile and great work ethic. I would hire him again and recommend to anyone needing help with their case.

I had an auto accident and was referred to James. He met with me in person to go over the details and he took it from there. He handled every aspect of my case and always kept me up to date. The outcome was much more than I expected and would absolutely refer all of my friends and family to him.

James or Jimmy boy as I liked to call him to make him feel a little younger.. ;) Was honestly by far the best lawyer I could have ever had. Back on September 10, 2014. After being at a local tavern a friend and I chose to walk home and be safe instead of drinking and driving. Sadly though others chose to drink and drive from the tavern. When my friend and I were walking home we were struck by a car traveling 35 MPH. My friend was killed, thankfully I survived howeverall my ligaments in my left knee were replaced or repaired and the nerve that feeds my should muscle aka my deltoid suffered a nerve palsy. Long story short Jim invested a significant amount of his time into my case. Jim was very diligent and meticulous with every little bit of my case. All said and done Jim was such an amazing lawyer he even got me my settlement money before the driver of the car has even had his criminal trial. That almost never happens. Jim took over my case when my other lawyer left to take another job. I was a little worried about that, but Jim came right in, worked with me and my husband, and we had a great result. He will work non stop to ensure you get a fair shake, and is very caring and compassionate as well. It makes you feel like he feels your pain as well. He is like a member of your family, or almost anyway! I highly recommend him!

James took on my case in the middle after my original personal injury attorney took another job. Honestly, I was a little concerned and skeptical having someone jump into my case in the middle.
