I highly recommend J.D Smith and his team, They are very supportive. J.D is highly professional and most competent attorney around Seattle. I never felt alone dealing with the insurance company.

We just closed/won my case. We are currently working on my daughters claim. They will start a trust fund if she wins her case that she can use later in life. The person that hit us while I was stopped completely at a stop light going in between me and the car next to me at 50 mph straight through the intersection and messed up my car. The at fault party insurance (progressive) tried to only give me 3 months of chiropractor/massage to recover during Covid which was impossible to do. On top of being sick at the time and homeschooling my daughter. Progressive said they were only going to give me 800 for my time and energy. Progressive tried to be sneaky and called me the day of the accident when I was still in the hospital and under a lot of medication to finalize the case. I tried to call them back the next day to ask for more time due to Covid and they said we can’t help you and your case is settled, and so I contacted JD and found out that’s not true. I’m so grateful that I found Law offices of JD smith. They were able to get me a lot more time to be seen and a lot more money for my time and trouble. Then they sent me beautiful flowers while I’m recovering from being really sick. They are so incredibly thoughtful!!! Communication and transparency was also very precise and every question I had he answered for me promptly. I loved how I didn’t have to call him and if I emailed them regarding steps to take they would promptly email me back. Everything was super easy and will definitely be back if I need him/the team again. Thank you everyone at Law offices at JD Smith!!! And am grateful to JD and the team for helping to get progressive insurance to accepting the terms so I can move on. As well as progressive for finalizing. What can I say, I found him on a YouTube video I believe while searching the web for a lawyer with a great track record that handles motorcycle accidents. The video consisted of an interview with a news team if I remembered correctly. I was sold by the interview and just had to go check him out. He is very good at what he does for starters. J.D. Smith was very thorough throughout the process. Great at explaining the plan of attack and why we should go that route. After we settled, he pulled some strings and got me the money that I deserved into my bank account in less than two weeks. All in all 5 stars in book. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to you again.
