I ended up in a very serious situation with a condo I bought in Seattle. I was in a panic and a good friend recommended that I speak to Pat regarding the legal options. He helped me to think about the situation logically and gave me specific action items and research to do to be prepared no matter what the outcome was. My wife and I consulted with Pat when dealing with a nasty previous landlord. Pat guided us through our legal options, and even suggested avoiding going to court because of the costs involved. Pat was excellent to work with. He made recommendations based on our best interests, despite the fact that retaining him and going to court could have meant income for him.
