If you’re looking for someone to coddle you, you’re not going to like Robert. But if you’re looking for someone who is going to actually help you, regardless of what you spend, you won’t find someone who will fight harder for your best interest. He kept me outta prison, when no one else would or could. Highly recommended!

I hired Mr. Schiffner for counsel in matters of a anti-harassment case and possible criminal case. Mr. Schiffner's precision attention to detail goes above and beyond anything I have ever seen. He knows what material is needed and what would be considered "fluff." He is matter-of-fact and gets straight to the point. I have never felt so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation because Mr. Schiffner was my counsel. Mr. Schiffner, hands down, is the best attorney I have ever witnessed in action.

Robert is more than you could ever imagine in an attorney. He blows every other attorney I’ve ever hired out of the water, and I’ve hired a few top-notch attorneys in my life. If you hire him, I can personally guarantee you, you won’t be let down. Don’t waste your time or money with anybody else. We were in a bad position. I called several attorneys. Went to one 300 dollar consultation and was told that it would be a long drawn out situation and an “uphill” battle. Essentially, told me it couldn’t be done. I called Mr Shiffner and left a message. He called me THE SAME DAY!!! We talked about what the issue and hired him right then. He had an “impossible“ case resolved in less than one month! He is the best!

My grandaughter's husband had some very malicious, false allegations leveled against him. These were felony charges and were threatening to ruin his future, his life, his reputation, and put him in prison for a very long time. Knowing Mr. Schiffner's reputation in the community, it was obvious that we needed to hire him to represent this young man. Mr. Schiffner got right to work, held back no punches, and did everything necessary to zealously represent his client. In the end - the charges were dismissed. Mr. Schiffner took my case on very short notice and quickly researched and built the case with a constant focus on the issue. He helped me understand each of the documents and prepared me for what to expect in court. I appreciated his followup after the issue was settled.
