I had filed for SSDI benefits back in 2017. I hadn’t seen any developments in my case for such a long period of time, so I decided to hire Attorney Schwab in Oct. 2018. First thing I noticed was he took the time to discuss my case as if I was her only client, & that he took all the time in the world to go over my case, as if I was a friend or family member. I believe not even 2 weeks had gone by since I chose Attorney Schwab to represent me that I finally began to receive constant documents from the SSA & that my case was finally moving along. If I had any questions about any new developments, his assistant would answer my calls immediately or shortly after leaving a message. He did such an outstanding job, working with me and my doctors, that in the way he presented my case, we received a favorable decision from the judge, without the need of a hearing! His kindness, compassion & understanding throughout the time he represented me speaks highly of the kind of human being he is. Mr Schwab is an extremely dedicated, compassionate advocate. He took on my case, which was quite complex tying in Social Security and a career in the Army (with all the VA record issues involved) and surprised me. I had consulted other representatives prior to him but chose him to represent me and have been thankful of my decision. Facing a stall in the system he continuously keeps me updated and pushes constantly to get me an approval. Despite waiting, life through me curveballs and he offer assistance in every aspect he could while I waited my judgement (and still do almost 9 months post hearing). He even elevated my case to higher levels of review due to its apparent snag in review by one of the most conservative administrative (Social Security) judges in country. I'm glad I have him in my corner.

I just retained Mr Schwab.And one thing he is and thats down to earth I have a very complacted L&I case with all kinds of problems.And so far head on he is very driven and good spirt guy and so far top notch.

Simply did not do what was hired to do. I usally only heard from him or staff when a deadline was near then they would start demanding documents/info which they should've already had (& some things they did). Otherwise I was mostly left in the dark to wonder hoping my case was in capable hands. He made decisions and changes without consulting me. Beware of the contract read before you consider signing it as I recall it protects him to do as he wishes without your permission and in my experience he will. You may agree with him in the beginning but if he decides to change things about your case later on then your stuck. Appoinment/s were shcheuled for me without my knowledge which I was not even available for if I had not discovered this and spoken up to cancel it would've appeared as if Ihad just not shown up which would've been bad for my character and case. Possibly well meaning but talks a big talk, calm and charismatic as if he and his staff are equipped to handle things but this was certainly not my experience.

When my wife was injured, my concern was her and nothing else, but Labor and Industries could care less for the injured. The first two attorneys I hired for my wife turned out unethical and "cookie cutter" attorneys just waiting for their check. From the moment I told Mr. Schwab my wife's story, he understood the urgency and came to see her right away. unlike the other attorneys once Mr. Schwab took the case, I started getting call right away to help my wife. Where other attorneys sat on their laurels waiting for ten years, Mr. Schwab managed to accomplish in under six months. Thank you Jeff.
