I definitely recommend Mr. Tario to anyone needing representation for personal injury. He was professional and knowledgeable, and helped me win my case. I liked how at ease he was during the whole process from beginning to end. You can tell he's done this many times, and he knows what to expect and what to do next. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the additional fees. He is upfront about his 40% contingency fee and let's you know there is an additional charge for filing fees and whatnot. However the additional fees are 2000.00$ on top of the 40% which is already a little higher than the 33.3% that other lawyers charge. I just wish I would have known that or maybe I overlooked that in the contract.

My case, I feel, was unique. The insurance companies were fighting very hard to get us to settle. In the end it took a long time but Michael and Sandy never stopped fighting for me. The team Tario and Associates have are top notch. They were very compassionate and responsive through the entire process. I appreciate all the hard work they put in for me.

I was hit by an uninsured driver and I sustained a significant injury and my car was substantially damaged. The insurance company offered me a few thousand dollars, not even enough to cover my medical bills. I hired Michael Tario and Tario & Associates because I used them in the past and was very satisfied with their services. Mr. Tario and his staff worked tirelessly on my behalf. They were able to obtain a very fair settlement for me. I highly reccommend Michael Tario and Tario & Associates for anyone that has been injured in an accident and needs a top notch attorney to help them fight the insurance company for a fair settlement.

"I hired Mr. Tario for a personal injury/car accident claim. So far, so good. His staff is friendly and he's very down-to-earth and doesn't really talktdown to you." That was original review. Oh, the irony.. After roughly three months, I discovered that Tario & Associates was not a good fit for me. I'm sure that they are great people, and a good fit for a lot of folks needing a lawyer, but it wasn't a good fit for me. I didn't expect to be responsible for so much of the communication between the insurance agent, company, and doctors for my case, nor did I expect disorganized and sporadic communication between myself and the paralegals. It almost felt like my case was on the "back burner". I was already going back and forth between doctor's and clinics, doing PT, and trying to keep my businesses (yes plural) running, and raise my two kids, both active teens.. one of which is in the middle of their own personal injury claim. I assumed that's why the firm kept nearly half of the settlement: because of all the work involved. I never really knew what was going on with the case; I missed surgeries, deadlines, deductible cuttoffs, and imaging appointments as a result. The firm was more concerned with maximizing profit, not the state of my well being, or so it seemed. This is not surprising, considering his 40% fee. They had a lot on the line, I guess. When I addressed these concerns the first time, I was given a five minute lecture on how much work my case was, and how uncooperative I had been. Apperantly, the delays and gaffs were all my fault. Disclaimer: To be fair, I'm far from perfect, of course. But I'm also living with constant pain, and VERY little sleep. I need surgeries on my spine, hip, and shoulder. The latter needs three, actually. This should be taken under consideration by the attorney..a little compassion goes a long way, ya know. The last time I expressed concern, I was unceremoniously fired as a client by Mr. Tario, via a long condescending message, about how I a was the most difficult client he had ever had, or something to that effect. I'd have to review the message again to get an exact quote, but.. It was really kind of depressing to have a lawyer (or anyone) just tear you down over a voicemail like that, and I don't really want to listen to it again. At any rate, I hope this review helps people make a decision on this firm. Again, they may work out for some people. They are supposedly very good at what they do: going after insurance companies. I however, was concerned with recovery of health, versus recovery of wealth.
