Melissa Eckstrom was a huge help in my custody case and a valuable asset in getting almost everything I asked for. Going through family court can be an emotional time, and she never wavered in her compassion and understanding as my case dragged on. She gave council when I needed it to stop me from making decisions that would hurt my case. Her arguments in each hearing were clear and convincing, and she always debriefed me before we were ever before a judge. Above all else, even when I ran out of funds and had to drop her ahead of my trial, she still came and took notes and offered advice as best as she was allowed. As someone who weighed a number of attorneys, she was by far my top choice and was one of the best decisions I ever made in my case.

Very thankful for her services this past couple months, I would recommend her to anyone and definitely hire her again if needed.

It's so great to finally meet someone in this process of family law that is honest and forthright. I got more out of talking to her in 30 minutes than the entire time I have talking to lawyers in the 10 year process of dealing with my situation with my daughter. She is more into helping the situation than making money off with holding information from clients.
