I hired Kurt to assist me in vacating a previous Felony conviction as well as restore my firearms rights. The process was quick and easy and he was very straightforward not guaranteeing me anything (which is exactly what I wanted). What a relief to finally put a horrible event behind me for good. What do you do when you have an employee in Kansas City, Missouri that had a previous indiscretion in Seatle, Washington? Did I mention he is hispanic and spoke broken English. We had tried in vain to determine exactly what our employee had done wrong over 16 years ago. He was a minor, couldn't speak English, and could not remember what exactly were the charges against him. Clearly this was a mess and we had failed miserably in an attempt to help him. We contacted some helpful person in Seatle, to this date I do not know whom reccommended Kurt. But, I do believe it was a miracle. It could have been someone in the filing department or someone who answered the phone somewhere that said call Kurt Bennett. At some point we spoke to Kurt Bennett. Because Kurt works from his heart he was willing to listen to our plight. "We have an employee, had some problems, we need help, and oh by the way we live in Kansas City, Missouri. We talked with Kurt many, many times. He worked feverishly for someone he had never met and only had spoken with a well meaning employer. In the end we prevailed thru the tireless effort of Kurt Bennett. It was like he just didn't understand "it can't be done." He kept putting one foot in front of the other time and time again. We made at least two trips to Seatle for hearings. When it came to his knowledge of the law and what to do, he was spot on. The whole story of course is much longer and I am horrible at condensing, so I will finish with a heartfelt thanks and a complete endorsement of his skills and knowledge. I have faith in this man as a lawyer but more importantly I have faith in him as a man. If you are looking for someone to represent you, there is not a finer lawyer anywhere. He is commited to represent you and find a solution. God bless him, as he blessed our situation!
