I have used the services of Weinberg and Ziegler on two occasions. In 2008, I chose Morgan Ziegler as legal counsel for my bankruptcy proceedings. Morgan was professional, courteous, and helpful. He always kept an accurate assessment of my progress and made face-to-face meetings on task and kept the time as minimal as necessary. In 2010, I was a victim of a head-on collision with a drunk driver. I again contacted Morgan, who opened a new case with me and helped me collect damages from the at-fault insurance company. My experience with this law firm is nothing but positive! I highly recommend them.

Morgan is amazing

Morgan and his staff are amazing. Patient with me when I was overwhelmed and scared by this process, prompt at answering questions and correspondence and made sure I understood. Gosh where do I begin, well one thing is for sure that this attorney ans paralegal are so great at what they do as they are so polite and talk to you as a person. Morgan and Star are a great team I tell ya. Star was always there when we had an issue or when we were confused. The way they treat you in a situation that isn't easy really made everything go alot smoother.  I remember exactly how I felt after i left their office the first time and that feeling was like a weight was taken off of me and my famil . The phone calls and threats become stressful and create anxiety beyond and he told me to give him the number on who's calling me right then and there at his desk (mind you was already 4pm and he had a baseball game to get to but he took care of us) and the office told the collectors to stop. I recommend anyone facing financial challenges and needing to file bankruptcy to call them, only them and DONT WAIT. They are fair with pricing and break it down exactly how they charge and again it's worth every penny and is affordable. Years after I used them I had gotten a collection in the mail from a collector that was included in the bankruptcy but they didnt care and said pursuing next steps so I called the office and spoke to Star and she called them and all is taken care of. Gosh this office helped my wife and I start our new life stress free. Thank you Star and Morgan. Words can't describe how grateful we are with how you deal with bankruptcy. Keep up the great work and people like Star deserve a raise.

I was recommended by a friend to see Morgan and his team. You bet I did. Friend was overwhelmed and with Morgan and his team’s help of the bankruptcy process that eased off loosing property and vehicles. I called and spoke with Morgan over the telephone. Oh I wish I could have went to see them earlier. Morgan and his team are the best and very knowledgeable of helping me on the bankruptcy process. It was quick and extremely accurate process of filing bankruptcy. They listened, helpful, very friendly, pleasant and upbeat to work with. They answered all my questions. Morgan and team helped and relieved me from these scary and stressful moments of bankruptcy. It was the best decision I’ve ever made and saved my income that were falsely garnished and collected by credit collectors.
