Absolutely would not recommend this office and specifically Mr Lucenko and his paralegal. Horrible experience. Overcharged. Made multiple mistakes in favor of my ex. Paralegal hounded me while I was at work. Wouldn’t answer questions about ambiguous billing charges. If you are a woman, save yourself the frustration and find someone willing to represent YOU.

Lenny and Tammy were a pleasure to work with! The divorce process is scary and overwhelming, but with Lenny and Tammy’s help, it went smoothly and quickly. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I came to meet Amy 2 days before my divorce was to be final (although i didnt understand thats where things were at). I had no understanding of the law, and had not understood that I signed away absolutely everything to my manipulative, liar of a husband. It's hard for me to tell strangers my story as it's something out of a movie and given how crazy it was, I was concerned I may not be believed. Not only did she believe me, she comforted me, explained the process to me, and took my case that day. Had she not taken the meeting with me (of which, she made time for last minute) I would have been left with nothing. Not only that, but my ex spent a lot of money while we first separated and wanted me to pay half of those debts, as well as purposing a laughable settlement and dodging her attempts to reach him for well over a year. She fought for me, tooth and nail. I never had to wonder where things stood, she was always reachable and would regularly update me throughout the ordeal. You can tell that she was meant to be an attorney, especially for individuals getting out of abusive situations. She always answered questions and took the time to explain pros/cons of each scenario, in addition to what she thought would be best for me. She stood up for me at the settlement conference and relentlessly fought to show the judge who we were dealing with and the judge easily agreed. She was so organized and had brought up supporting facts that someone like myself, a person very inexperienced with court proceedings, wouldn't be able to recall on the spot during a hearing. Her staff is also wonderful. Tammi (both of them) are a bonus to her team. Her paralegal was always in contact and always helpful. I'll never be able to thank Amy and her team enough for standing up for me, when I couldn't stand up for myself. If you need a lawyer, this is your girl.

Jonathan Sprouffske, if he can call himself an attorney, does not even deserve the 1 star. The incredible distaste I will have for him cannot be resolved from the horror he put my family through in dealing with my father's estate. It has been over 2 years since his death and my blood still boils with the lack or should I say no communication and manipulation. Do not hire, you will regret!

Amy handled the modification to my parenting plan. My modification started right before the the pandemic started and after 1.5 years of back and forth with my ex in court, I now get to see my kids every week, holidays important to me, and 3 full weeks during the summer months. She was flexible and listened to my input and how I wanted to approach things during the long drawn out process. Amy saw what was really happening very early on and never lost faith in me, or the system. No matter what horrible dirty tricks the other side pulled, Amy remained calm, and never wavered in her belief in me, and never compromised her ethics. I put my full trust in Amy and would gladly do it again if/when the need arises. She was perfect for what I needed during this modification process. I have my kids back and we have an amazing relationship. Thank you Amy for fighting for me.

Representing me in my divorce, it became obvious Mr. Lucenko accepted my former husband's false allegations as truth. My spouse had not worked 24 of our 29 year marriage and strove to fulfill years of threats that I would walk away in a divorce “without a dime". It was a scorch earth strategy full of personal attacks and untruths. Mr. Lucenko refused to forward my questions onto my former spouse's attorney until too late and pressured me to enter into mediation ill prepared and without my questions being addressed. Mr. Lucenko’s paralegal told me my diamond earrings, a gift, were only half mine. I felt defenseless. An emotional time to be sure, only worsening with Mr. Lucenko at the helm after which I detailed my experience in a complaint to the Bar. I encourage every woman seeking representation in a complicated divorce to go elsewhere.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of service. Our Attourney Erin Kuns was professional, yet personable. We really felt she asked all the questions that provided us with such a clear understanding of what we needed to plan our Estate and Will needs for the future. I highly recommend this firm and Erin especially.
