I’m a fellow lawyer in the community and I’ve used Bret to square away some of my own problems because hey, lawyers need lawyers as well. Bret’s my go to attorney whenever I’m in a bind. Take it from a lawyer who knows the industry: you won’t be disappointed if you hire him. You need him by your side if you’re in a pinch, whether a traffic ticket or serious felony.

I would recommend anyone who find themselves entangled in the law/justice system to this company. The attorneys I’ve had work on my case worked really hard to getting me the results I wanted. I think it’s because they are a down to earth Law Firm who actually care about protecting the rights of whoever seeks out their help. A truly helpful organization.

I had the privilege of working with attorney, Bret M Woody, at this form on my case two separate times. I can truly say I would not have gotten through my ordeal without him. His professionalism, knowledge, and no BS has gotten me to the best place that I could be. His rapport and mutual respect with the court and prosecutors is evident inside and outside the court room. No one should have to Find a defense attorney but if you are ever put in that position to need one… there is no better person that Brett Woody. My husbands case was something you’d think out of a movie, a drunken fight between “friends” turned into a living nightmare. All the other attorneys scoffed at us when we told his story, “yeah I can’t help you.” “ there is no winning this.” “These charges are going to ruin your military career and you need to start understanding that”. These words were coming at us like daggers, fast and deep cutting. Our world and life was upside down. But Brett, when he heard my husbands story about what took place that night, He took the time to really listen and he said, “this is a tough one… but I am willing to fight tooth and nail to make sure your life and career are saved.” He listened even to me, the panicked wife unsure of what to do or how to support my husband. The charges were large, felony assault in the third degree… my husband faced a lot of jail time and the loss of his military career, a career that his has pursued since he was 17 years old.. The courts were fierce, the judge, and other prosecutors were harsh and judgmental and Brett made us feel calm in the face of this chaotic storm we were facing. Brett went out of his way to hire outside private investigators to help my husbands case and check out the outside stories/lies being said about my husband and this was vital When it came to the trial. Brett was ready and came in fighting for us and in the end my husband was found not guilty by all of the jurors and that he acted out of self defense and the state of Washington ended up owing us for our attorney fees and court fees… I truly believe in my heart and bones We would not of had the same outcome if we had any other lawyer helping us. So thank you Brett for helping getting our lives back.

Bret did a great job at getting all my firearm rights restored. I would highly recommend you hire him for your case. He is easy to work with and extremely good at his job!
