Brett is an amazing lawyer. Every time we've used Brett he's done exactly what we asked and we got the results we were looking for. Going through a rough time with covid he was flexible with his payments and understanding what everybody is going through. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone. I have used a few different lawyers but none is like this guy

This man did nothing for 4 months after a 10,000 dollar retainer. Calls me on the phone (after I was suppose to be in court) and tells me I was suppose to be in court. Then I had to remind him what my case was about/ and then told me he”had a meeting with the prosecutor” he didn’t even know what my case was about. Do NOT hire this man. He has money at heart.

Mr. Woody was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say it was the worst experience I could of ever had from an attorney. I would of been better off with a public defender than spending my hard earned money with this individual. I caught him in numerous lies, he didn't follow threw like he said he was or didn't even do what he said he did. I wouldn't reccomend Mr.Woody to my worst enemy .

When I contacted Bret Woody- I was in complete crisis. Police were coming to my place of residence for a charge I knew nothing about. Bret went above and beyond defending me from day 1. Even before hiring him, He helped prevent me from being violently and illegally taken into custody. The allegations made were serious and DV enhanced. When it comes to needing realistic legal defense, Bret is a solid human being and not just a cog in the court machine. I have no idea where my cases wouldve ended up if I hadn't chosen Bret Woody.
