Bret, is a dedicated attorney who worked hard and passionately to get my wife's gun rights restored. It was harder than a usual case for my wife. But Bret kept at it until it was all cleaned up. Even when one judge was being indecisive and bull headed he stuck his neck out and demanded proper consideration; everyone in the courtroom was stunned when Bret made his statement...the Judge was taken back but ended up making the right judgment for my wife.

I knew Bret previous to a traffic incident that I had but I didn’t realize how much I needed a lawyer to help fight my case. Luckily, I ran into Bret unexpectedly and told him what I had going on and he explained that I needed an attorney and agreed to take my case. Bret not only got my fees dropped but the infractions were altogether dismissed. I definitely recommend Bret to anyone looking for a defense attorney that is truly in their side.

I would be serving jail time for a DOL mistake on my driving record if Bret Woody had not been representing me.
