I was introduced to Brett by my boyfriend, when I received a traffic ticket. I immediately reached out to Brett and got a very quick response. I let him know what the situation was so that he was able to get some background and information on the ticket. Brett assured me that he would get it taken care of! After scheduling the court date, I heard back from him and he was able to get it dropped, which of course was super helpful (since I didn't want a speeding ticket on my record). Even though he's in Olympia, he has always been willing to come to Seattle to go to court for me. Brett has been nothing but amazing to work with and he's always my go to lawyer. Since my first time reaching out to him, he's taken care of a couple other tickets for me, each time having a great outcome. I would definitely recommend using Brett to anyone who needs a lawyer, not just for speeding tickets!

There was a situation that we were dealing with so I decided to contact Bret. He immediately answered the phone and scheduled a time to meet up with me even though it was the weekend. After speaking with him I retained his services and he was very upfront and explained his approach to handling the situation. After two court appearances he did exactly what he said he would and all charges were dropped. Keeping in mind that he constantly stated that he could make no promises but would do whatever he could to get the results we discussed. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would and definitely will call him again if I need anything.

I was on a deferred prosecution for my 1st DUI. Traveled out of state and upon my return I failed to realize that I was required by probation to provide a UA. Back to court for a hearing!! I thought for sure there would be repercussions. But with the help of Mr. Bret Woody, I received only a minor tongue lashing from the judge, and I got to stay in my deferred prosecution. Not only that, but he lobbied for me to reduce what was a 5 year requirement for my interlock, down to just over a year. He has given me my life and my freedom back and I will be forever grateful.
