Brett Woody represented me in my dui and dol hearings. Mr. Woody did a great job reviewing the facts of my case and was able to provide the best results! He fought with conviction! He was able to get my dui dropped down to a negligent 1 driving ticket. He was also able to have dol consider the fact that the police officer did not pull me over with probable cause. Dol Found there was not enough evidence to restrict my license in anyway. My license is in good standing and is not restricted. Mr. Woody is a great lawyer and has the best interests for your case. Very professional and personable! Would recommend to anyone!

I contacted Bret for a consultation for my roommate, who had been arrested, Bret met with us, after a phone conversation.
