I was given Carter’s information from a friend while trying to get advice about a car accident I was involved in. I called him and heard from him the next day. Carter was quick to respond to me and gave me the time I needed to present my case. He answered all of my questions within a timely matter and was even willing to work around my work hours (which is difficult because I work in a place which doesn’t allow personal cellular phones on the premesis). He advocated for me and presented my case in such a way that I walked away with over double the original offer that the defendant car insurance company offered me. Carter was quick to return my calls and e-mails which meant a lot to me. I’ll be returning to him with all of my legal needs. Recently I was represented by Mr. Carter Hick after being injured in an automobile collision. As a result of the accident I suffered pain in my neck and shoulders that required medical attention and extensive physical therapy. This collision happened just 7 months after I had recovered from cervical spine surgery. Not only was I injured in this collision, my car was totaled. After the collision, I began my claim with our personal automobile insurance company. They covered my medical expenses for the duration of my recovery through PIP (Personal Injury Protection) coverage. Once I felt I was nearing a 99% recovery, I submitted my claim for reimbursement to the other driver's automobile insurance.
