Potential issues with staff attitude and communication
“Lori Zander returned my call promptly, but was quite rude and belittling when it turned out I was confused whether or not the estate had gone to probate, seemed to find it suspicious that I was seeking a new law firm in Olympia rather than continuing to work with a high-priced attorney in Seattle even after I explained I had relocated to Thurston County, and in general spoke to me with a tone of superiority and disdain.”

Lack of responsiveness and assistance in certain cases
“I went to Henderson Law Group with a very serious work injury. I had a torn right bicep that needed surgical repair. My employer Foster Farms hired an attorney Bishop to prevent my surgery. I needed an attorney that could respond. Henderson Law quickly dismissed me. I got no help from them whatsoever. They didn't seem to care at all.”
