The most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever had. Ms. Reid is unprofessional at best. She is more than accommodating right up until the time that she receives the money to retain her services. After that, she is impossible to get a hold of, and does not respond to voice mails or emails. She loses paperwork, and fails to file important documents. Be careful...she is a good head-nodder. but in the end, totally ineffective and a complete waste of money.
