I called to ask a question. I did not get to finish the short background info and ask my question when she jumped in and started saying things I already knew. When I said, "Yes, that's what they said", she said, "I know, I'm an attorney." She didn't need to answer in that rude way. I let her speak. I then asked a question, "Do I serve him in the facility he's in" and she got very rude...somehow she thought my question was rude. Why she was on the defensive and rude for innocent questions or statements, I have no idea.

Susan was very conscientious and guided us with detailed explanations on what each document was for and why it was needed and that our specific situation did not need the added expense of a Trust. And she was kind and caring and listened and paid attention to the stories shared.

Ms. Kirkpatrick helped us put together our family trust documents and get our assets into the family trust. I was recently watching YouTube regarding lawyers in California who are drumming up business in ADA lawsuits to extract money from businesses in that State.
It's nice to know that Washington has this kind of attorney who can extract money from businesses that try to help guardianship clients, and get a lot of money to do so.

Worst lawyer i have ever hired. Absolutely NO communication, and when we finally received our documents after pushing and pushing for 14 MONTHS, they were so full of errors. I can't believe she's still in business.

Terrible! One attorney returned my call and didnt leave a message the first time so i returned the call and when he called back he wouldnt introduce himself then he wouldnt let me get a word in until he knew i had the money, he was trying to force me to bring in paperwork to prove "he would get paid" smh i have money no matter what. I just paid for 2 attorneys and a GAL this week and i literally cant imagine how much i spent on pointless attorneys. But this one is the worst ive spoke to by far!!!!

I have recommended Virginia to everyone who has needed help. She is professional, honest, hard-working and cares about her clients needs. She is a fair price and works with clients on payment plans as well knowing that her services are needed during tough times. Her assistant Barbara is a doll and is also very helpful.
