Found out today they put a $4,000 judgement against me after paying my down payment of $2,000 they ran up a $4,000 bill without notifying me absolutely do not recommend this firm they went to court one time and fail the during that attempt and continue to charge me after they were let go

Absolutely the worst attorney group in the Thurston County. Not sure how half the “attorneys” haven’t been disbarred.

Would not recommend this firm as it was very easy to represent myself without an attorney against one of Budd Bay Laws associates.

I can only speak on Mr. Huxford esq. Absolute crack job of an attorney. If you want to pay to have someone use huge words to sound cool he is the guy. Really tacky to hand business cards to people in court. I know he handed me one.

I hired Kiirsti in September for my legal separation. In the 5 months I had her retained she managed to pull my court case and answer a few emails. I had to attend 2 hearings during this time without representation and yet was still charged $1221.50 for her “services” during this time. If she was too busy to actually work on my case she should have told me so in September now I’m stuck finding representation with another upcoming hearing and I don’t even get my full retainer back to put toward a new lawyer! Very upset and discourage anyone from work with this firm.

I am writing this in hope other people can avoid the same stress. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. Justin H is the worst attorney ever. Please read reviews/basic rights you have before falling for his bloodsucking money grubbing behavior.
