Never have had an attorney, My Mother passed and needed help. Also needed help with squatter Tom and Scott Kee were hired. Needless to say they didn't know what they were doing. Poor communication, tell u everything you want to hear, charge for eviction letter that was not even turned into courthouse! Absolutely disgusted!

I heard former owner Joe. Was lot better, Ok point of this message is. This lawyer firm, guessing by there knowledge. They can't read a fake draft lease, Compare to one of wa state Legal responsibility for landlord & tenants. Badly represented by this firm from wa legal system. I'm using my first amendment rights to speak freely here. There a old saying I have heard Only good lxxyer, Is Hxxg one Unfortunately I believe truly the more better lawyers out there. I almost went across table wanna so badly Bxt oovxx Coxp out of Tom FH Griooo Please advise don't trust this firm totally on everything, Something probably so.

We have worked, and are working with Scott, on two family member estates. Estates are not fun and are hard when emotions are still very raw. Scott was the perfect person to help us through these hard times. He was so understanding and straight to the point. His communication was just right. His office staff are super helpful and so sweet. Scott and his staff are the people who can make an estate a little easier to handle.
