The attorney seemed knowledgeable and had good ideas for how to structure our wills. However, administratively, the office had problems. Correspondence and the initial draft of documents sent to us had numerous errors. One last name was misspelled on multiple pages in different ways. Another last name was misspelled on one page. A birthdate was correct on one page but incorrect on another. And there were a few other typos/misspellings. The bill for this work noted that three people in the office (the attorney, a paralegal, and someone else) had reviewed it before sending it to us. How could all three miss what one of them later admitted were glaring errors? How carefully did they review the work? The check I wrote for the first bill was misplaced or forgotten in the office for two months. They thought I hadn't paid them and sent me a new bill that included an interest charge for the "unpaid" bill. Only when I insisted I had hand-delivered the check two months earlier did they find it in the office. I've had wills prepared and updated in the last 30 years by other legal offices and had no problems. If I had to do it again, I would not choose Lifetime Legal.

My family met with Ms. Magaro this week regarding some urgent matters and she is PHENOMENAL. My mother is elderly and not doing well. Ms. Magaro made every effort to communicate clearly, explained in detail but in a way my mother was able to understand, was efficient, professional, pleasant and kind. I cannot overstate the confusion and chaos our family is going through now that my mother is no longer doing well. It seems the more information we get, the more questions we have and it has been a very difficult time. We found the answers as well as the guidance we needed and will continue to work with Ms. Magaro. If you are dealing with family matters for an elderly parent I would highly, and without hesitation, recommend Ms. Magaro!
