I just recived my Discharge of Debtor letter. What a relief! I had dreaded the process however after working with Mr MaGee and his staff I can say it was not as painful as I had expected. They were patient (I had to go through lots of paperwork to find all my debts) and helpful when I had questions or concerns. I would recommend his office to others.

James MaGee was the first Bankruptcy lawyer we saw and we hired him that evening. Having to file bankruptcy is a stressful experience, but Mr MaGee and his staff kept us on track over what paperwork was still needed. I primarily spoke to Mary at the office in Tacoma. She was very friendly and respectful whenever I called. I was very glad to have Mr. MaGee there with us during our court appearance. I did the credit courses online,it was easy and convenient and I didn't have to miss any work.At the 341 meeting everything was in order and after a few questions we were done.Now waiting for the court to discharge my chapter 7 and move forward.I have been getting lots of letters from car dealers wanting my business.I don't see a problem getting a new car just need to do some shopping and not settle for the first offer.
