Aaron not only is great at what he does but also demonstrates tremendous respect and empathy. He helped me with two civil cases as I went through a very difficult time. From the very first time I spoke with him, he was patient and explained to me the process thoroughly, making me feel at ease. Aaron possesses a great wealth of legal knowledge & experience and was also very strategic in handling my cases, winning both cases (which were tricky and challenging). I couldn't appreciate more his professionalism, compassion, integrity, and encouragement along the way. He is not only a great attorney but also an amazing person. Aaron was everything I hoped when I was looking for a lawyer for a traffic violation. He knew exactly what he needed from me, communicated well, and got right on the problem. We got the outcome we were hoping for, but even if we hadn't (that's how it goes sometimes) I would have been satisfied.

Aaron represented me for 2 moving violations. Once we agreed to work together and I filed for contested hearings, Aaron tracked the process and took care of everything with courts. He got one dismissed and settled the other as a non-moving violation infraction. I hadn't anticipated that working him would make things so easy.

I enlisted the assistance of Aaron J. Winkelhake of Khodr & Winkelhake to help with a School Bus Stop Arm Violation. Yes, the violation was bad and the ticket the city of Seattle imposed was over $400! I was in the wrong, and honestly, the expectations were set that I may end up paying a reduced fee since the violation was cited from a camera on the bus itself. It was discovered that the lights on the bus should have been on in order to receive the infraction, and they were not! I don't think I would have known that on my own, so I was grateful for the representation. All the communication between Aaron and I was done over email, after the initial conversation. He made it super easy to work with him and I'd recommend him for other legal services!

Aaron took on my case at a time in my life when I was lost and self destructive. I had just returned home from a deployment to Afghanistan, when I was charged with a DUI.. Not only did Aaron find discrepancies in the Kenmore PDs handling of me during my arrest (which saved my drivers license from being suspended) but he was compassionate and patient with my financial situation during my recovery from my time at war.
