The estate I represent hired Ms. Potebnya more than three years ago to assist with the continued leasing and future redevelopment and sale of a 120 acre industrial park in Lacey Washington. She has been directly involved in addressing current leasehold issues; resolving easement issues with municipal and adjoining property owners; preparation and review of agency agreements, proposed purchase and sales documents; clearing title concerns and a host of other transactional issues required to prepare for ultimately sell the property. She routinely provides excellent work, timely, and at reasonable costs to the estate.
