I was charged with DUI with a relatively high BAC while visiting from out of state. Brian was recommended to me by a family member who is also a lawyer because he was the "best in the state." Based on my experience, I would certainly agree with this statement. Ultimately, Brian neogtiated a very fair and just outcome that allowed me to get my life back. I would never have received this if it hadn't been for Brian's persistence, diligence, and expertise in the law. Additionally, Brian is excellent at guiding you throughout the entire DUI nightmare process. It's not fun (it shouldn't be!) but he was great at explaining what was happening and the why behind it. I was always 100% confident that things would work out for the best with Brian as my lawyer and ultimately that's what happened. If you're in the same situation I was, the best advice to get your life back on track is to hire Brian Roach as your attorney!

I can't thank Brian Roach enough for the time and effort he put into me and my case. If anyone complains about him not calling back in a timely manor you may have a point. BUT . The reason why he can't get back to you right away is because he takes on every case that he can he's very very busy . Brian Is the best and that's why he's so busy. And he does not ever disappoint. I have sent Brian friends family and some strangers and I have not yet had one of them be disappointed in the work that he's done. He has either gotten them completely out of the charges or they have gotten better results than they would have gotten any other way. Brian does a fabulous job he's very personable has a great personality and I've known him for thirty years or more and i know he's always been a good person . Guilty till proven innocent!! That is how I felt when I went into my legal battles with Benton county. Thanks to the experience and hard work of Brian Roach and his staff they cleared my name in two different back to back trials. brian gave his undivided attention to my cases when it mattered the most. I would highly recommend Brian Roach to anyone facing legal troubles in Benton County. The process does take awhile but with Brian by your side at every single court appearance know that you have the best in the business.

I wish that I could leave ZERO stars. Brian Roach is far too busy to help you with a DUI or anything else for that matter. He will sweet talk you, tell you that he is going to take care of everything, TAKE YOUR MONEY and then disappear. Mark the date on your calendar when you speak to him because it is the last and most certainly the only time that you actually will speak to him. He didn't even show up at my court date after I flew in from the East Coast for one day. His assistants Niki and Alondra are not going to help you either. All they are going to do is confirm that he is far too busy to deal with YOU. They almost never answer the phone, return voicemail messages or even answer emails. I have called and emailed Alondra so many times that I have lost count and I have NEVER, EVER heard back from her. That is not a joke! Don't waste your time or money...find another attorney.

I am a professional who requires frequent international travel, renting cars, taking out customers.. etc.. and getting a blow-n-go would very likely have cost me my job. I'll just say that I had a really difficult case with a bad BAC and Brian stayed with me for almost 2 1/2 years in court and negotiated a deal that I still can't believe was possible. His support allowed my life to be livable during the nightmare thought of a DUI conviction.. Would recommend him to anyone! If you hire Brian, just so you know, Brian is terrible at answering calls, emails or texts! This is very frustrating but it is because he is incredible busy getting results for all his clients! He is awesome at his job, don't let this deter you. :)

Less than half way through my preliminary consultation, I started to realize why Brian Roach is regarded as the Best Defense Lawyer in the area. As we talked about my infraction, His intelligence and professional demeanor was slowly being overshadowed by his friendly and remarkable personality. At the conclusion of the consultation, I left with my spirit uplifted and a feeling of hope in my future. As my cases wound thru the court system, his assistant Niki and partner Nick Jones became an integral part of my Defense Team. What I most gained from my Defense Team was the continued piece of mind I developed during the consultation. My day to day life was able to continue without worry about my legal situation. Brian, Nick and Niki had gained my complete trust. That is Priceless. At the courthouse, I was able to witness the high regard the judges, clerks and his peers have for Brian. I was able to witness why they have that high regard for him during my trial as he cross examined the prosecutions Scientific Witness on Alcohol Retrograde Extrapolation. Brian clearly knew more on the subject than the prosecutors Scientific Witness did. Brian was clearly in his element during the court proceedings. During my three day trial, my confidence and spirit remained high as I witnessed Brian ply his trade. Other Lawyers and spectators dropped in to the gallery to watch and learn. I slept soundly each night before court with no worries, which says a lot. So in the end, the Jury finding of not guilty was befitting for the team I had put my trust into. The heart of that team was Brian Roach whom I would recommend to anybody who is interested in a proper defense. Other Lawyers are cheaper but I believe you get what you pay for. I actually saved money and a whole lot more by hiring the best Defense Team. Tim

Both times I was frustrated, at my wits end. He tells you this might happen because he is so busy. And the reason for that is that he is exceptional at his work. I have no DUI's on my record because of this guy, in fact my driving record is perfect. I think this guy needs his own reality TV series. Fantastic at what he does, although I don't plan on any more need for him in the future I would recommend him, he'll do all he can to exonerate his client. I see him as a friend.

My situation was tricky and I was facing multiple charges. Long story short, Brian negotiated an outcome that should not have been possible and I doubt could have been reached had I gone with anyone else. Brian will tell you up front that it is going to take a fair amount of time to get through the process and believe me when I write this, there is a VERY good reason for that. Brian is a brilliant strategist and knows the laws and your options inside and out. If you hire anyone else, you will regret it after you meet others who hired Brian because your outcome could have been so much better than whatever you ended up with. Brian fights for you; he doesn't just go through the motions as most others do. Don't play roulette with your future; hire Brian.

When you get a good paying secure job that requires a clean driving record, but you have a hard time traveling at the posted speeds, there's only one solution to this problem, Brian Roach. There is no substitute for the knowledge, performance, and outcome that his team brings you! I have had tons of tickets across the state of Washington, and have hired lawyers in several different counties, there's no comparison to Brian when you need a peace of mind. I highly recommend his expertise if you fall in my same category as a "infraction collector" (3 tickets a year min). If you want results, in my opinion he's the only one that can get the job done. I don't know a lawyer that can cover for him, believe me, he's the only one I go to see.
