Cons
1
Inconsistent quality of service from legal assistants
“I did not care for his assistant and some of the other staff at times. She was short with me and consistently rude, as I felt on multiple occasions as though I was being talked down to, constantly interrupted and talked over, and as though I was an inconvenience.”
2
Difficulty in reaching the attorney and lack of communication
“I was left to wonder where my case was going with little to no contact from my attorney. Once your case is over, they are done with you and will not answer anymore questions.”
3
Concerns about the firm's responsiveness and availability
“They don't post their hours correctly. Went in on their normal business hours, and it was way after their lunch, and doors where locked.”
4
Dissatisfaction with the attorney's performance and handling of the case
“I do not feel as though I was represented well by this firm. I was left to wonder where my case was going with little to no contact from my attorney.”
5
Concerns about the firm's integrity and trustworthiness
“Cockroach attorney at law. These guys are the worst. They continued my case 11 times. Twice they didn't even tell me and I drove from Spokane and my attorney had already continued my case with the public defender. He didn't even show or tell me.”
