The two brothers, Joseph & Kenneth need refresher courses in organization and ethics. My boss hired Joseph and paid him a retainer, but due to disorganization and lack of communication she was told he couldn't represent her because Kenneth had already been hired by the other party. After she gave Joseph the money, no attempt was ever made to contact her regarding the situation or return any of her money. Now the brothers are knowingly allowing their client to commit illegal acts against my boss. They should be disbarred.

Just as spoken here about taking advantage of the elderly I cant speak but from the mentally I'll...What lawyer shows up to your house to have you sign documents? My brother is mentally I'll and I am LIVID ...

Sadly Joe Wolfley couldn't follow through on a case, even after saying he'd accept it. I was never contacted by Joe Wolfley that he had dropped me as a client for an automobile accident close to one month before the expiration of the time to file. Knowing I was up against a time line Joe accepted the case with over a year to go and then did absolutely nothing! I was contacted by the insurance company that no claim for my case was ever filed, especially nothing from Wolfley law office. No letter, no call, and no return of the phone call I made to them to get an explanation of why their wasn't any action. During the time I was supposedly a client I ran into Joe Wolfley in a Safeway store where he blurted out " Oh I need to look into your case." , then nothing. As the victim in an automobile accident where I had no fault, I feel victimized again by promises of legal help that never came. I will never be made whole from this accident, and trusting Joe Wolfley will always be a thorn. One among many thorns that will never heal along with the original damage!

Lane is an exceptional person. He listens, really listens. He cares about you as a person and will try hard for you. I have nothing but respect for this great man.
