NOURA YUNKER AVVO REVIEW. I strongly do NOT recommend you hire Noura Yunker A. Ms. Yunker hid from us the fact she had told clients that she suffers from sever different mental problems that stops her from performing her legal services. Her mental problems are revealed in her WA State Discipline Stipulation which she also hid from us. (She was suspended from practicing law by WA Supreme Court). B. Ms. Yunker’s actions were bizarre and erratic at best in regards to our personal injury case: (1). Ms. Yunker refused to file motions that she herself recommended, (2) Ms. Yunker regularly violated our fee agreement and threatened to abandon our case if we insisted she comply. (3) Ms. Yunker told us because a shooting occurred at her house she had to abandon our case. (4) Ms. Yunker wanted to rent one of our bedrooms as a law office and threatened to abandon our case if we did not provide it. (5) Ms. Yunker demanded we FedX documents to her, then she would forget that she received them. (6) Ms. Yunker told us she had to abandon our case because her Father was Ill and she had to move back to Seattle. (7). Ms. Yunker told us she had too many cases and had to get rid of them all so she could work for her Husband. (8). Ms. Yunker refused to give us monthly statements, case outlines or time lines like she promised (9) In open court when the Judge limited her argument time like he did everyone else she threw up her hands and howled “I cannot continue!” Before you even think about hiring Ms. Yunker I strongly suggest you read her WA Supreme Court Discipline Stipulation - as what is in there is precisely what YOU are going to get if you hire her. I made the mistake of retaining Ms. Yunker as a lawyer. She hid the details of her WA State Disciplinary Action and Suspension. We found our after we hired her as that her WA State Suspension states that she suffers from several mental problems that stopped her from performing her legal services. In a plethora of issues, we experienced erratic and contradictory behavior from Ms. Yunker. She made false statements, and false promises to complete work that never was completed, contradicted her own advice, and even tried to get my Wife to lie during deposition. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER is my best recommendation. If you want more details read the WA State Discipline Stipulation about Her. Google it.

Although I did not end up using Noura Yunker, or any lawyer for my legal matter, I did speak to her and found her extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She was happy to chat with me about what my needs were and directed me to a couple of websites that enabled me to file the necessary paperwork myself. Should I ever need a lawyer in the state of Washington, I would not hesitate to use Ms. Yunker.

Noura has been an absolute key in keeping me from getting ran over or bullied by a department store that cost my career, firm & clear in what is truly been a challenge for me. Advocates for not only myself but my family's well being. Even the adjusters enjoy working with her. Business minded but very empathetic & listner.

Noura was very helpful over the phone. I will be hiring her to handle my case. I can't wait to start the process. I meet with her in a few days. Looking forward to it.
