Todd was the first lawyer who was willing to fight for what I wanted. It's unrealistic to go into a divorce thinking you will get everything you want. But Todd understood what mattered most to me and helped me get closer than I believed possible. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and honest he was during the process. I always felt like he had my back and my best interest in mind. Divorce is incredibly stressful beyond any expectation I had. Not reliable lawyer. You will never know, what to expect. Do not want to spent time, just that people know how you serve clients (or you cancel deal a day before the court without any explanations and you are just returning money). The review is not a mistake, like you write it.

I scheduled a consultation to be represented for a divorce. That morning, just before the scheduled meeting, I was held up in traffic so I called the law firm as a courtesy to let them know I would be just a few minutes late. I was then informed by their office manager that it was going to be a phone consultation. Despite her insistence, I was never told that. So about 10 minutes later, Todd Yelish, a principal at Yelish Law, called me. The conversation started out with an awkward introduction by him and never got better. Mr. Yeljsh impatiently addressed me and butcheried my name. Within a few sentences he was telling me that I should have informed him of certain legal documents created since I scheduled the consultation. I was taken back as his tone showed a lot of impatience and irritation. I replied saying that I didn't know I was supposed to have that information in his hands before the consultation. I suggested his firm could send out an appointment reminder email a couple days earlier and make sure all things were in order so the consultation was more productive. That really set this guy off. He lost his temper and said, "You know what? I don't even want to represent you." This professional lawyer was arrogant, unprepared, and audibly irritated by something before he picks up the phone. I was relieved that I discovered this before I secured his services. Yes, they did refund my consultation fee.

Mr. Yelish, and his Paralegal Trish, provided exactly the kind of service I wanted from a family lawyer. Practical, non-biased, actionable advice and service. Helping us to develop our strategy and carry it out to a successful conclusion that gave the best outcome for my child. Mr. Yelish doesn't waste time, his or yours. He knows that time is money, literally, and does everything he can to ensure clients get exactly what they need for the duration of the partnership. His paralegal Trish is a delight to talk with and offers feedback/customer service for any questions that you may have. After waisting two years of my life, and several thousands of dollars and having the most terrible experiences with two other very expensive law firms that hired to take care of my legal issues with zero success I was blessed with the yellish law firm. From day one Todd, Laura, and their two awesome paralegals we're so kind, understanding, helpful and just on top of everything. Every time I called no matter who I spoke with knew exactly what was going on with my case and in less the 30 days Todd and Laura had everything worked out and had fixed my issue even better than what I was hoping for.
