I made alot of mistakes in my early 20's and had racked up about 4 misdemeanors and 4 felony convictions before I got my life together. Here, 20 years later I contacted Tim to attempt to get some of these convictions vacated so that I can finally put all that in the past, and clear my record. He was honest and upfront about the amount of work required and a timeline of how long it would take. Though he said it would be a couple months, it was all finished up well ahead of schedule. He priced his services fairly and was always in contact with me on updates. As of this morning, my record is cleared and my rights have been restored. I could not be happier.

Many of the existing reviews are obviously planted. Read the other poor reviews and note the consistency with this one. Extremely unresponsive during critical points of the proceedings. Wanted to use lazy cookie cutter defense to a complex case and did almost no law review, leading to countless errors and the worst experience anyone could possibly ever have, all while way-way over charging for hours that did not all reflect in his knowledge of the case, the applicable laws, or basically anything we had communicated about. He was completely lost going into the days of the hearings, and yet charged insane amounts of hours for his supposed time working on it. I told my husband several times during this debacle, that I literally couldn't have found a more lost and disingenuous lawyer if I had tried to find the worst one on purpose. And that's the truth...

Not only did he mess up on every document drawn up. He lost our divorce papers the day of the court date, so I took a day off for nothing. I know he just turned in whatever he could find to the court, because it didn't have my correct name. Fast forward 4 months, SURPRISE! Im still married. Maybe he's better with other things, but DO NOT use him for a divorce.
