Bad experience. Poor communication skills. Doesn't have any kind of defense strategy for trial. Not a good negotiater with prosecuting atty. Just wants you to take a deal. Waste of time.

I had the good fortune of having Ms LaCross as my lawyer, between March 2014 through March 2015. She put in so much work and time in defending me. She threw everything she could think of at my case in order to present a proper defense. Things didn't quite turn out like we had wanted, but I have NO DOUBTS WHATSOEVER that she gave her all in my defense. She knows her stuff, period.
