I called because I needed to hire an attorney, the receptionist was very nice and let me know that he was no longer excepting any new clients on the voicemail.

Mr. Freeze gave such a comprehensive explanation. I was on the right track but he confirmed it with the law. Now I can confidently pursue my request for the Open Board Meeting minutes. Also I can consider legal action if all fails because he gave me my "sword."
