I first retained Ms. Li to represent me related to a Department of Health (DOH) investigation. Throughout that process I found Nicole to be very smart, very responsive, thorough, and resourceful. The investigation resolved with DOH finding no evidence of wrongdoing on my part. Nicole then continued to represent me in a lawsuit that I filed against DOH to ensure that DOH protected my patients' confidential information that DOH collected as part of their investigation of me. Nicole's skills as an attorney resulted in fully securing our patients' information and me receiving my attorney's fees from DOH. I extend to Nicole my highest recommendation, and do so without hesitation.
