I had originally contracted with his senior partner. Due to a medical emergency I was given the option to switch to Zach. It was like nothing had ever changed. Zach also prepared me to be a witness for myself during the trial. He developed questions for me to answer to share my story and experience. It was very awkward to tell a jury full of strangers about the emotional pain I suffered as a result of the employment discrimination, but Zach got me through it.
