Jeff Allen was fantastic to work with; I called him for a last minute real estate need to get a transaction closed that involved seller financing. Jeff answered his phone (which seems a rarity in today's world), was great with discussing available options and worked efficiently and professionally , at a fair price, to assist us. We had a very unique transaction and needed professional advice. We met with Mr. Allen and he gave us several options, we decided which way to proceed. Mr Allen had the paperwork to us by that afternoon, followed up with all parties to the transaction and had transaction closed by his team in two weeks. We were moving out of state and his team went above the call of duty to make sure everything was in place and Mr Allen personally met with us at signing because he had an employee out of the day, talk about customer service. Would highly recommend. Can’t thank his team enough.
